プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、「おくすり家族ノート」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは、ご家族が高齢の親などの服薬・体調・通院を記録して見守るためのアプリです。

データの収集について

本アプリは、開発者や第三者に個人データを収集・送信しません。具体的には：

• アナリティクス・トラッキングなし — 解析SDKやトラッキングツールは含まれていません。
• 広告なし — 広告の表示や広告主へのデータ共有は行いません。
• 開発者が運営するサーバーなし — 開発者のサーバーにデータを送ることはありません。

記録したデータは、お使いの端末内と、ご自身の Apple ID の iCloud にのみ保存されます。

iCloud への保存と同期

本アプリのデータは、Apple 社の iCloud（CloudKit プライベートデータベース） に、ご自身の Apple ID のもとで保存されます。同じ Apple ID でログインしたご自身の複数の端末間で自動的に同期されます。開発者はこのデータにアクセスできません。

※ 本バージョンでは、別々の Apple ID（別アカウント）のご家族間でのデータ共有は行いません。ご家族で共有して使う場合は、同じ Apple ID で各自の端末にログインしてください。

端末・iCloud に保存される情報

• 見守り対象者の情報（呼び名・関係・かかりつけ等）
• 服薬情報（薬の名前・用量・服用タイミング・写真・服用記録）
• 体調情報（元気/いつも通り/心配・食欲・睡眠・メモ・写真）
• 通院情報（通院予定・先生に聞きたいこと・メモ）
• 家族メモ（テキスト、音声から起こした文字情報）

本アプリは、広告ID・位置情報・端末追跡ID（IDFA / IDFV）など、利用者の追跡につながる情報を取得しません。

音声メモについて

「家族メモ」の音声入力は、Apple の音声認識により端末内（オンデバイス）で文字起こしされます。音声データを開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信することはありません。文字起こし後はテキストのみが保存され、音声データそのものは保存されません。

カメラ・写真について

「お薬の写真」「様子の写真」で撮影・選択した写真は、ご自身の iCloud にのみ保存されます。カメラ・写真ライブラリの利用には、初回利用時にシステム標準の許可ダイアログで同意を得ます。診察時のまとめ PDF を「写真」に保存する機能もあります。

通知について

お薬の時間や、通院の前日に、やさしくお知らせする通知を送ることができます（任意・許可制）。通知の許可は設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。

課金・サブスクリプション

有料の「家族プラン」は、Apple 社の In-App Purchase（StoreKit 2）により提供されます。課金情報は Apple 社により処理され、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を一切取得しません。サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。

医療に関する免責事項

本アプリは医療行為（診断・治療・処方）を行うものではありません。記録と共有を助けるノートアプリです。本アプリの情報は参考であり、医療上の判断は必ず担当の医師または薬剤師にご相談ください。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 4 歳以上を対象とし、主に大人の利用を想定しています。13 歳未満のお子様が使用する場合は、保護者の同意のもとで行ってください。

データの削除

• アプリをアンインストールすると、端末上のデータは削除されます。
• iCloud 上のデータは、「設定」→「Apple ID」→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」から削除できます。
• その他、削除のご依頼は下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、このページに更新日とともに掲載します。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、本ポリシーに関連する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Privacy Policy (English)

This privacy policy applies to "Okusuri Kazoku Note" ("the App"), an app that helps families record and watch over an elderly parent's medications, daily condition, and clinic visits.

Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer or any third-party services. No analytics, no advertising, and no developer-operated servers. All recorded data is stored only on your device and in your own Apple ID's iCloud.

iCloud Storage & Sync: App data is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit private database) under your own Apple ID, and syncs automatically across your own devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The developer cannot access this data. Note: this version does not share data between different Apple IDs; to use it as a family, sign in to each device with the same Apple ID.

Data Stored: Care-recipient profile (nickname, relationship, clinic, etc.), medications (name, dose, timing, photos, intake logs), daily condition (good/usual/concerned, appetite, sleep, notes, photos), clinic visits (schedule, questions for the doctor, notes), and family memos (text and on-device speech-to-text). The App does not collect advertising IDs, location, or device tracking identifiers (IDFA/IDFV).

Voice Memos: Voice input for family memos is transcribed on-device using Apple's speech recognition. Audio is never sent to the developer or any third-party server, and the audio itself is not saved — only the transcribed text is stored.

Camera & Photos: Photos taken or selected for medications and daily condition are stored only in your iCloud. Camera and photo library access is requested via the standard system permission dialog. A visit-summary PDF can optionally be saved to Photos.

Notifications: The App can send gentle reminders for medication times and the day before a clinic visit (optional, permission-based).

Purchases: The paid "Family Plan" is provided via Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2). Payments are processed by Apple; the developer never receives card or payment details. Manage or cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Medical Disclaimer: The App does not provide medical services (diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions). It is a note-taking aid. Always consult your physician or pharmacist for medical decisions.

Children's Privacy: The App is rated 4+ and intended primarily for adults. Children under 13 should use it only with parental consent.

Data Deletion: Deleting the app removes on-device data. iCloud data can be removed via Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
