プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、ShashinSendPro（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは、眞先哲夫（個人事業「TM医療コンサルタント」／ブランド: TMCX。以下「当方」）が提供するタブレット専用の業務用カメラアプリで、内蔵カメラまたは外部カメラ（HDMI キャプチャボード）で撮影した写真を、ユーザーが指定した LAN 上の WebDAV サーバーへ転送するために使用されます。

データの収集について

当方は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人データを収集しません。具体的には:

開発元サーバーへの送信なし — 撮影画像・操作ログ・端末識別情報を、当方のサーバーへ一切送信しません。
アナリティクス・トラッキングなし — アナリティクス SDK やトラッキングツールは含まれていません。
広告なし — 広告の表示や広告主へのデータ共有は行いません。
クラウドサービスなし — 当方が運営するクラウドサービスへの接続は行いません。iCloud 同期も使用しません。
第三者提供なし — いかなる第三者にもデータを提供しません。

撮影した写真の取り扱い

撮影した写真は端末内（アプリの外部ストレージ領域）に保存され、ユーザーが設定した WebDAV サーバーにのみ送信されます。
当方は、撮影された写真の内容にアクセスすることも、当方のサーバーへ収集することもありません。
送信先サーバーの管理、および送信される写真の内容については、ユーザーの責任において運用してください。

端末に保存されるデータ

撮影画像・サムネイル — 端末内の外部ストレージに保存。送信成功記録は設定の保持期間を過ぎると自動削除されます。
送信履歴（ファイル名、撮影 ID、日時、送信状態） — 端末内に保存。
アプリ設定（サーバー URL、ユーザー名、アップロードフォルダ、端末 ID、カメラ・画質設定等） — 端末内に保存。
WebDAV のパスワード — iOS の Keychain に安全に保存されます。

未送信・失敗の記録は自動削除されず、ユーザーが手動で削除できます。アプリの削除により、端末内に保存されたデータは削除されます。

カメラの利用について

本アプリは写真撮影のためにカメラへのアクセスを使用します。カメラ映像は撮影・保存・転送のためにのみ使用され、当方が取得することはありません。

ローカルネットワーク通信について

本アプリは、写真を転送するためにユーザーが指定した WebDAV サーバーとのみ通信します。院内 LAN 等のローカル IP（多くは http://）に接続する業務用途のため、接続先を事前に限定できません。平文（暗号化なし）接続の場合はアプリ内で注意を表示します。可能であれば https:// のご利用を推奨します。

医療データに関する免責事項

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療等の医療行為を行うものではありません。本アプリは写真の撮影・転送を支援するツールです。医療上の判断は必ず担当の医師または医療従事者にご相談ください。

利用者への注意（医療データの観点）

本アプリは撮影の取りこぼし防止のため、使用中は画面の自動ロックを抑止します。共有端末では端末パスコードを必ず設定してください。
送信成功後も再送のため画像を保持します。不要な記録は履歴から削除し、保持期間を適切に設定してください。
端末を破棄・譲渡する際は、必ず本アプリをアンインストールするか、端末を初期化してください。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは業務向けアプリであり、13 歳未満のお子様の利用は想定していません。本アプリが個人情報を外部（当方）へ送信することはありません。

ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、このページに更新日とともに掲載します。

商標について

Apple、Keychain は Apple Inc. の商標です。WebDAV は各権利者の規格・商標です。

Privacy Policy (English)

This privacy policy applies to ShashinSendPro ("the App"), a tablet-only business camera app provided by Tetsuo Masaki (sole proprietorship "TM Medical Consultant" / brand: TMCX, "we"). The App captures photos with the built-in camera or an external camera (HDMI capture board) and transfers them to a WebDAV server on a LAN specified by the user.

Data Collection: We do not collect personal data through the App. Specifically:

No transmission to developer servers — Photos, operation logs, and device identifiers are never sent to our servers.
No analytics or tracking — No analytics SDKs or tracking tools are included.
No advertising — No ads are shown and no data is shared with advertisers.
No cloud services — No connection to developer-operated cloud services. iCloud sync is not used.
No third-party sharing — Data is never provided to any third party.

Captured Photos: Photos are stored on the device (the app's external storage) and sent only to the WebDAV server you configure. We have no access to the photos and never collect them to our servers. You are responsible for the destination server and the content you transmit.

Data Stored on Your Device: Captured images and thumbnails (successful records auto-deleted after the configured retention period), transfer history (file name, capture ID, timestamp, status), and app settings (server URL, username, upload folder, device ID, camera/quality settings). The WebDAV password is stored securely in the iOS Keychain. Unsent/failed records are not auto-deleted and can be removed manually. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data.

Camera: Camera access is used solely to capture, save, and transfer photos. We do not obtain the camera feed.

Local Network: The App communicates only with the WebDAV server you specify. Because it connects to user-specified servers on a LAN (often a local-IP http:// URL), the destination cannot be restricted in advance. The app warns about cleartext (unencrypted) connections; use https:// when possible.

Medical Disclaimer: The App is not a medical device and does not perform medical acts such as diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a physician or healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Children's Privacy: The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. The App does not transmit personal information to us.

Policy Changes: This policy may be updated; changes will be posted here with a revised date.
