本プライバシーポリシーは、「くらし保証書ノート」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは、家電や生活用品の保証書・説明書・購入日・修理先などを、写真でかんたんに記録できるシニア向けのアプリです。
本アプリは、開発者や第三者に個人データを収集・送信しません。具体的には：
登録したデータは、お使いの端末内と、ご自身の Apple ID の iCloud にのみ保存されます。
本アプリのデータは、Apple 社の iCloud（CloudKit プライベートデータベース） に、ご自身の Apple ID のもとで保存されます。同じ Apple ID でログインしたご自身の複数の端末間で自動的に同期されます。開発者はこのデータにアクセスできません。
本アプリは、広告ID・位置情報・端末追跡ID（IDFA / IDFV）など、利用者の追跡につながる情報を取得しません。
写真からの文字の読み取り（OCR）と、製品情報への整理は、すべて端末内（オンデバイス）で行われます。Apple の Vision および Foundation Models（Apple Intelligence）を利用しており、写真やテキストが開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
保証書・レシート・製品ラベルなどを記録するために、カメラ・写真ライブラリへのアクセスを使用します。撮影・選択した写真は、ご自身の端末内および iCloud にのみ保存されます。アクセスには、初回利用時にシステム標準の許可ダイアログで同意を得ます。
「困った時の電話先」に登録された番号へ、その場で電話をかけられます。発信の前には必ず確認の画面を表示し、誤った発信を防ぎます。電話の発信は端末の標準機能で行われ、開発者が通話内容を取得することはありません。
保証期限が近づいたことを、やさしくお知らせする通知を送ることができます（Pro機能・任意・許可制）。通知の許可は設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
Pro版は、Apple 社の In-App Purchase（StoreKit 2）による買い切りです。課金情報は Apple 社により処理され、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を一切取得しません。
本アプリは 4 歳以上を対象とし、主に大人の利用を想定しています。個人データを収集しないため、年齢に関わらず安全にご利用いただけます。
本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、このページに更新日とともに掲載します。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、本ポリシーに関連する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
This privacy policy applies to "Kurashi Warranty Note" ("the App"), a senior-friendly app that helps you record warranties, manuals, purchase dates, and repair contacts for home appliances and household goods, simply by taking photos.
Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer or any third-party services. No analytics, no advertising, and no developer-operated servers. All recorded data is stored only on your device and in your own Apple ID's iCloud.
iCloud Storage & Sync: App data is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit private database) under your own Apple ID, and syncs automatically across your own devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The developer cannot access this data.
Data Stored: Product details (name, manufacturer, model number, purchase date, warranty period, notes), contacts for help (store, repair shop, manufacturer support and their phone numbers), photos (warranty, receipt, product label, manual, business card), and text recognized from photos. The App does not collect advertising IDs, location, or device tracking identifiers (IDFA/IDFV).
On-Device OCR & AI: Reading text from photos (OCR) and organizing it into product information are performed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision and Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence). Photos and text are never sent to the developer or any third-party server.
Camera & Photos: Photos taken or selected for warranties, receipts, and labels are stored only on your device and in your iCloud. Access is requested via the standard system permission dialog.
Phone Calls: You can call a registered "who to call when broken" number directly. A confirmation screen is always shown first to prevent accidental calls. Calls use the device's standard functionality; the developer does not access call content.
Notifications: The App can send gentle reminders before a warranty expires (Pro feature, optional, permission-based).
Purchases: Pro is a one-time purchase via Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2). Payments are processed by Apple; the developer never receives card or payment details.
Children's Privacy: The App is rated 4+ and intended primarily for adults. Since it collects no personal data, it is safe to use regardless of age.
Data Deletion: Delete entries within the app, or delete the app to remove on-device data. iCloud data can be removed via Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
