Q: どの処方箋のQRコードに対応していますか？
JAHIS院外処方箋2次元シンボル記録条件規約に準拠した処方箋QRコードに対応しています。日本国内の調剤薬局で発行される処方箋に印刷されているQRコードが対象です。
Q: カメラが使えません
設定アプリ → おくすり手帖 → カメラ をONにしてください。初回起動時にカメラのアクセス許可を拒否した場合は、端末の設定アプリから手動で有効にする必要があります。
Q: QRコードが複数枚ある場合は？
自動で分割QRを検出し連結します。全枚数の読み取りが完了するまで進捗バーで表示されますので、順番にすべてのQRコードをスキャンしてください。
Q: 保存したデータはどこに保存されますか？
端末内のみに保存されます。外部サーバーには一切送信されません。iOSのData Protectionにより、端末がロックされている間はデータが暗号化されます。
Q: データを別の端末に移せますか？
設定 → データのエクスポートでJSON形式で書き出しが可能です。書き出したファイルをAirDropやメールなどで共有できます。
Q: 保存期限の設定とは？
設定 → 保存日数で処方データの保持期間を設定できます。期限切れのデータは一括削除が可能です。デフォルトでは無期限に保存されます。
Q: 薬品マスタの更新とは？
設定 → 薬品マスタを更新 から、最新の薬品名データをダウンロードできます。社会保険診療報酬支払基金（SSK）が公開しているレセプト電算コードマスタの差分データを取得し、QRコードから読み取った薬品コードに対応する薬品名を最新の状態に保てます。この操作では処方データや個人情報は送信されません。
Q: デモデータとは？
設定 → デモデータを読み込む から、サンプルの処方箋データを読み込むことができます。QRコードがなくてもアプリの全機能を確認できます。デモデータは設定画面からいつでも削除でき、ご自身で登録したデータには影響しません。

Q: Which prescription QR codes are supported?
The app supports prescription QR codes compliant with the JAHIS standard for outpatient prescription 2D symbols. These are QR codes printed on prescriptions issued by pharmacies in Japan.
Q: The camera is not working
Go to Settings app → OkusuriTecho → Camera and turn it ON. If you denied camera access on first launch, you need to enable it manually from the device Settings app.
Q: What if the QR code is split across multiple sheets?
The app automatically detects split QR codes and concatenates them. A progress bar shows the reading status until all QR codes have been scanned.
Q: Where is my data stored?
All data is stored only on your device. No data is sent to external servers. iOS Data Protection encrypts your data when the device is locked.
Q: Can I transfer data to another device?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to export your prescription data in JSON format. You can share the exported file via AirDrop, email, etc.
Q: What is the data retention setting?
Go to Settings → Retention Period to configure how long prescription data is kept. Expired data can be deleted in bulk. By default, data is kept indefinitely.
Q: What is the Drug Master Update?
Go to Settings → Update Drug Master to download the latest drug name data. This fetches incremental data from the SSK (Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund) billing code master, keeping drug names matched to QR code billing codes up to date. No prescription data or personal information is sent during this process.
Q: What is Demo Data?
Go to Settings → Load Demo Data to load sample prescription data. This lets you explore all app features without needing a QR code. Demo data can be removed anytime from Settings and does not affect your own data.
